    Nick joined NCBA in 2019 following 6 years as Sales and Marketing Manager for Green Energy Trading. As Chief Operating Officer, Nick is now responsible for the operations of both National Carbon Bank of Australia and Green Energy Trading. With a background in finance working at ANZ and NAB he supports the NCBA management team in providing an end to end service for our customers.

    Carolina began working at NCBA in 2017. Since then and with her experience of more than ten years oriented towards business and process risk analysis, she manages the audits and assists businesses to access the maximum financial benefits of the Australian energy efficiency schemes whilst ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations.

    Adam has been at NCBA since 2016, working across all areas of the business including Commercial Lighting, Public Lighting and Renewable Energy certificate creation. Adam is fully versed in the state and national legislation regarding energy efficiency schemes, ensuring all avenues are considered to maximise the available returns.

    Amit Pujara

    Amit completed a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney in 2001 before embarking on a career that has equipped him with extensive experience in the energy efficiency industry. He works closely with wholesalers, electrical contractors and property developers within commericial, industrial LED and solar space within the renewable sector; and has successfully completed various large and industrial-scale projects.

    Nicole is NCBA’s longest serving employee, joining the team in 2015. With her extensive background in finance and accounting, Nicole supports the management team to make the best financial decisions for NCBA.

    Maisa Rodrigues

    Maisa joined NCBA in 2018 as a Compliance Officer and has since evolved into a key contributor across multiple areas of the business.

    Over the years, she has taken on additional responsibilities, including leading NCBA’s customer onboarding process—where her strong customer service skills have helped ensure a smooth and supportive experience for new clients.

    Since 2022, Maisa has been leading NCBA’s Audits Department, coordinating external audit activities with NSW state regulators. She also manages certificate creation limits across multiple accreditations and schemes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

    A core part of Maisa’s role is making sure our customers enjoy a risk-free experience when working with NCBA—supported by our strong compliance history and commitment to doing things right from the start.

    Madalen Joined NCBA in 2021 as a compliance officer and site inspector. She now manages the day to day operations of the CSO team across a range of activities. Madalen ensures compliance requirements for the energy efficiency schemes are met by the team and customers receive the best service and outcomes on their projects.
