Last week, we were at Blue Sun Group's Energy Shift 2026 in Sydney

The recent BESS announcements are creating more opportunities for batteries in the C&I space, so it was a good chance to talk through what that means with industry peers.

The evening brought together the supply chain end-to-end — Sigenergy and
Jinko
Solar Australia & New Zealand on the hardware side, PowerSync Technologies and Orkestra on software, and installers doing the work that ties it all together.

Our presentation covered the PDRS updates, the STC increase now applying to PV projects up to 1MW, and commercial battery scenarios and incentives. PDRS generated the most interest, particularly around eligibility requirements and the potential value of PRC incentives.

Thanks again to Blue Sun Group for another valuable night and for bringing the industry together. Melbourne is next.
