$60,000 starting salary + Super + Bonuses

The Opportunity

The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for assisting customer to access incentives from a variety of energy efficiency schemes, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.

Finally, the CSO will also help to develop new and existing client relationships through providing activity guidance, training and assignment/activity management of clients participating in current and newly developed NCBA activities in NSW.

CSO main responsibilities:

  • Checking claim evidence such as photos, excel spreadsheets, and company details

  • Checking and auditing 'lighting plans' to ensure they correspond with physical light counts

  • Generating and completing forms and reports to provide to Compliance Teams to be able to effectively and efficiently verify energy savings activities

  • Managing and completing general administrative duties such as creating and designing floor plans, completing forms, generating PDF reports, etc

  • Updating and maintaining key registers and schedules

  • Growing relationships through empathy and a genuine desire to understand customers and their business

  • Helping customers have insights into how they can maximise their energy savings.

  • Be comfortable with talking on the phone and meeting face to face
