Nick joined NCBA in 2019 following 6 years as Sales and Marketing Manager for Green Energy Trading. As Chief Operating Officer, Nick is now responsible for the operations of both National Carbon Bank of Australia and Green Energy Trading. With a background in finance working at ANZ and NAB he supports the NCBA management team in providing an end to end service for our customers.

Carolina began working at NCBA in 2017. Since then and with her experience of more than ten years oriented towards business and process risk analysis, she manages the audits and assists businesses to access the maximum financial benefits of the Australian energy efficiency schemes whilst ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations.

Adam has been at NCBA since 2016, working across all areas of the business including Commercial Lighting, Public Lighting and Renewable Energy certificate creation. Adam is fully versed in the state and national legislation regarding energy efficiency schemes, ensuring all avenues are considered to maximise the available returns.

Business Development Manager NSW

Amit completed a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney in 2001 before embarking on a career that has equipped him with extensive experience in the energy efficiency industry. He works closely with wholesalers, electrical contractors and property developers within commericial, industrial LED and solar space within the renewable sector; and has successfully completed various large and industrial-scale projects.

Nicole is NCBA’s longest serving employee, joining the team in 2015. With her extensive background in finance and accounting, Nicole supports the management team to make the best financial decisions for NCBA.

Senior Customer Service Officer

Maisa joined NCBA in 2018 as a compliance officer and now specialises in offering NCBA's customers tailored service packages. Maisa has worked across different national and state energy efficiency schemes and now coordinates the flow of external audits with the NSW state regulators in order to ensure that NCBA provides accuracy and excellence to our customers.

Operations Team Leader

BBus (Marketing and Finance)

Madalen Joined NCBA in 2021 as a compliance officer and site inspector. She now manages the day to day operations of the CSO team across a range of activities. Madalen ensures compliance requirements for the energy efficiency schemes are met by the team and customers receive the best service and outcomes on their projects.

Energy Solutions Specialist

Tatiana has robust experience in managing complex projects and engaging different parties in more sustainable practices, including reducing carbon emissions. She joined NCBA in 2021 as a Customer Service Officer and soon she developed into an Environmental Consultant, responsible for monitoring available cashback opportunities and public policies that support the reduction of carbon emissions in Australia.

Making use of her Ph.D. in conscious leadership, she became the primary onboarding voice for the company, training all our clients with passion and equipping them to increase their positive impact on society through more affordable energy efficiency installations.
