From this date, handwritten forms and manually completed PDF forms will no longer be accepted.

What will be accepted:

  • The downloaded PDF file generated from the BCNSW eCert Portal; or

  • A direct link to the certificate file from the portal

Important reminder:

Electricians must submit a CCEW via the BCNSW eCert Portal as soon as possible, and no later than seven (7) days after the electrical test is completed.

 We highly recommend completing the CCEW while on site, after testing is finalised. This helps avoid missing the 7 day submission deadline and reduces the risk of non-compliance.

 The BCNSW eCert system streamlines the submission process for specialist trades and ensures compliance documentation is lodged efficiently and accurately.
