Carolina began working at NCBA in 2017. Since then and with her experience of more than ten years oriented towards business and process risk analysis, she is now managing the NCBA Customer Service team, helping us to provide businesses with the maximum financial benefits of the Australian energy efficiency schemes whilst ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations.

After a career in advertising & design Cad transitioned to the environmental sector via marketing for a renewable energy company. Cad has been at NCBA since June 2018 as Audit and Project Manager, which includes facilitating audit & compliance management, policy & advocacy support, plus project management as required.

Adam is fully versed in the state and national legislation regarding energy efficiency schemes, ensuring all avenues are considered to maximise the available returns.

Amit completed a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney in 2001 before embarking on a career that has equipped him with extensive experience in the energy efficiency industry. He has worked closely with wholesalers and a wide range of electrical contractors and property developers within commericial , Industrial LED and Solar space within the renewable sector; and has successfully completed various large and industrial-scale projects.

Harry joined NCBA in 2017 and is the site audit supervisor and team leader of the NSW ESS compliance fieldwork team. With a background in infrastructure and construction development, Harry brings great knowledge and value to customers via a wide range of NCBA services, such as Project Evidence Collection (P.E.C), and Total Energy Solution (T.E.S)”
